The breast Granny in Birmingham says she was approached by a breastfeeding network volunteer who asked her to use her knitting talent in creating breast-shaped “educational tools” for use in breastfeeding instruction.
“First of all I thought it was a little strange,” Coral told The Observer. “But when she explained that a lot of young women have no idea about things like that I decided to help.”
Coral’s knitting circle meets at Falcon Lodge Chapel, in Sutton Coldfield at 1pm on Mondays, where they knit breasts of all shapes and sizes.
