The star gave birth to baby Bingham Bellamy last year, but wasn’t about to sit around, balancing on excess adipose.
No excess, ugly, civilian “baby weight” for her.
But … “how?!” I hear you cry.
“How does one achieve such a miracle?”
She shared her grim weight-loss secrets with The Daily Mail, saying ” “I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime. I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day.”
6 hours a day?
That doesn’t seem to leave very much time for other, perhaps, less important things, does it?
Nice things like hanging around with her baby, working on her relationship, eating cupcakes, drinking wine working on her craft …
Oh.
Hang on.
Her body is her craft.
Being a film star is just as grim as I imagined.

So who was left holding the baby, for those six hours of every day? I bet young Bellamy (Isn’t that a wine from Nederburg?) is not going to grow up and hear much about that, as part of the “What was I like when I was a baby?” discussions.
Unfortunately I (like most other woman) have to spend 9 hrs a day at work. That doesn’t leave much time for a 6 hour exercise regime. And you know what? I’m actually pretty happy that I have an excuse to not exercise for 6 hours a day.
